4/21/23 date of transaction for modeling agency automation investment of 50k. Monthly payments were suppose to start June 2023 for 10% net profits. I have only received 1 payment in 6 mths. I have reached out several times to the owner by email, ***** and ** with no resolution. Very poor communication or follow up. Owner flaunts cars, and houses on ** constantly as well as his other automation businesses. I want a refund on my money.

I invested USD $80,000 into Roughnecks Ecom's passive income service, **************** Automation, run by *************************** from Philadelphia, in November last year. Since then, he only made two payouts for the first 2 months (December and January, 2022). Nothing else, even though I signed a contract where he said he would make a monthly payout with an 18-month money-back guarantee. I've tried reaching him and his team for the past 6 months but he's extremely unresponsive. The only thing I heard from him was that there was a logistical problem transferring payouts through **** and bank transfer. But no solution was ever provided. He's breached the agreement I initially signed and is not offering any clear solutions. I asked him to refund me, which he said he would, but he continues to evade my messages. My family is worried and we need a solution. Terrible communication and customer experience.
