    These people don't have complete stairs to ship. I bought a stair kit, got it out and started to inventory and assemble. Found I had not hardware nor shim spacers. Contacted them two days later and they said they ship them, a week went by and I contacted them again and they said no they didn't ship yet but they'd put a rush on it.........waited another week, contacted them and ********** and they admitted they didn't even have the parts needed in stock so they couldn't ship them but that they'd put a rush on them again guaranteed next days shipping. Waited another week........still no parts. Called them again and they admitted no they still hadn't shipped them. But keep in mind they got paid up front for these stairs. Now to send them back I don't have a crate and these parts all told weigh over ***** lbs.!!! What a scam these people are!!!
