      I've received a letter stating their systems were hacked and my Social security number was 'involved'. After reading the rest of the letter, it appears to be a sales pitch by using scare tactics. Who is NCB Management Services? Who do they work and how did they obtain my SS number? The letter I have states none of this.

      necessary to take advantage of this offer. If you have any additional questions
      about the security incident or how to enroll in the free credit monitoring
      services, you can use the phone number provided in the letter you received to
      call the NCB security incident response hotline.

      Their system was currently hacked and they are refusing to tell their consumers about their personal information being breached and gone. They can't access anything and unwilling to communicate that, instead leaving people scrambling hoping their info is protected.
