      I was charged for my colonoscopy. Never have I been charged for it. I previously had Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance. I'm 66 years old and have had over 6 colonoscopies and have never had to pay. I wouldn't recommend this insurance unless you are rich and can afford to pay out of pocket expenses. When the new company took over our business the representative said it was comparable or better than our current insurance, NOT EVEN CLOSE!!

      One of fraudulent health insurance provider. Never honored insurance claims. Health care market place is thousand times better. In 2022 they didn’t honor many of the insurance claims including PCP visits for both me and my spouse. If it comes through employer then your employer is cheating on your health insurance. Never give HQ address and no way to contact them. Even claims go to some post box address not a real address. Daylight robbery in the name of insurance.
