    ******** customer service I bought 30 gift cards for my employees for the holidays when my employees went to get a massage, they handed over the gift card and they were told that that gift card has been used. I have about 15 gift cards that the manager at the ************** location in *************** has told me that all the gift cards have been used. How is this possible?Normally, when you use a gift card, they take away the gift card from you. This is really embarrassing manager. The store does not want to help and theres no one to speak to. Horrible!
