    *Please beware of this company we've had so many issues over the last year and a half I would never recommend purchasing a membership unless you do it knowing the following:*We went in one afternoon and it was my three children and one other family. After 15 mins or so my daughter came up to me upset because they kicked her out of the climbing area, stating "There is a five-time limit to any attraction". I requested to speak to the manager and was directed to a paper sign hanging in the area. I pointed out there was no one else waiting to come in and no one else in the building. I went to their ******** and ask on their page if this was policy. Within 2 minutes the sign was removed and she was told she could climb as much as she wanted. ********************************************************************* *The prices of the Arcade Items are different than those posted. This caused a huge meltdown with my youngest when the older two got their items and there weren't enough "points" left for his. I did the math and said it couldn't be right, they said too bad, nothing they could do.*They didn't have enough pizza for the members.*The purchased cafe items disappeared from my app and I only received them after I showed the credit card charge from that day.*They increased the Member Monday, where each member can bring a friend from $10 to ***** without any prior notice, and the website STILL states members can bring friends for $10. When I brought this to their attention they refused to refund the difference.******************************************************************************************************* - click on any Member Monday and it says $10.*I purchased 4 additional pairs of socks in case we forgot them and the purchase "expired" in my app.*I emailed on the 10th, 14th, 17th, 21st to cancel our membership. Automated response saying I'd be contacted in 3 days. We went on the 20th I requested cancel in person. I was charged on the 24th.
