    When I moved into my home 23 years ago, I quickly realized my water was not tasting very good and my hair was like straw. I knew I needed to have my water treated, so I employed Professional Water Services to correct the problem. One treatment and the water was now palatable and softened and my hair vastly improved. I was told that I needed to change, or have changed, the filters from time to time. Certainly, I wanted them to change the filters and for twenty plus years they have provided me with this service. I have had a few issues along the way, to which they responded quickly and always without charge. The men they've sent over the years have been polite, respectful of my home and completed their work efficiently. I even get phone calls reminding me of when it is time to change my filters. I would recommend them unconditionally to install and maintain your water systems.

    Poor company to work for! STAY FAR AWAY FROM PROFESSIONAL WATER SERVICES they use scam tactics to get into peoples homes and scare people into paying *****+ on a softener. They are not transparent about the maintenance fees to maintain their softener or filtration system. for employees They pay weekly until you peacefully quit then they dont pay the last checks thats owed or severely delay them. They also have errors on paychecks and fail to compensate for missing funds. They also threaten legal consequences when you try to get the paychecks thats owed to you.

    We are a 50 year old, 4th generation family owned business. We take pride in our customer service, and to all our employees. We have NEVER not paid a employee that had money owed to them. You were part of our lead generation dept, not our sales dept, because if you were, you would understand that we do not scam or scare people. We also do not have a water softener alone that is priced over $7,000. We do have many packages with three , four maybe even five pieces of equipment that could be higher than that. It's all based on the customers water tests, and their desired package. If you have any questions please call us directly, and we will be happy to help you.

    this water system has done nothing to change the color and taste of my water my water is still coming out brown im still buying water from the store because i can't trust in drinking this water can never get through o someone always needs to leave a message and have them call you back within three days
