I have had a business relationship with this business and the owner for over 25 years. Bought several vehicles and had service work done several times. Not once have I been disappointed. Upfront, competent and honest personnel carry you through the purchase and service needs. More importantly they will not sell you something which you will not be satisfied. You can be comfortable dealing with these folks. My rating is 5

Bought a bike from Unlimited Cycle Center, from ***** the salesman. Confirmed the purchase and put $2,000 down on my credit card - gave them the credit card number which they took. Sent a picture of my drivers license - front and back. **** assured me the bike was mine. An hour later I get a text, not even a call, that "there might be an issue." Turns out someone else was coming into look at it." I told ********** gave my credit card number, put $2,000 down and was in the process of wiring the rest of the money as we discussed. It should be noted they would only take $2,000 on a credit card before charging a fee which is why the bank was wiring the rest. I asked to speak to the Sales Manager. His name is ***. What a joke he is. He said someone was coming 2 hours away to "look at it," and if they did not want it, then I could get it. I informed him I already put $2,000 down on my credit card. Note the price was $8,500, so this represented nearly 25% of the purchase price, with the rest being wired as agreed to with ***** *** refused to honor the sale. I called ***************, the President. After being on hold for half an hour, with them saying he was on another line, I hung up and had to call back. I finally reached ***, who first told me another customer put a deposit down. I informed him that both **** and *** told me they had in fact NOT put a deposit down, but were simply "coming to look at it." *** told me they put a deposit down without even knowing that to be true. I asked *** to honor the agreement and the down payment and he told me he does "not really run things, *** does." I reminded him, HE IS THE PRESIDENT AND *** WORKS FOR HIM. *** then told me that they sell thousands of bikes and "these things just happen." No ***, these things don't "just happen" at respectable businesses. If you take someone's credit card (money), their license and agree to a deal, then you honor it. That is how a respectable business works.
