    Custom tube chassis ordered 11/2020. All details were discussed and agreed upon. I have checked in on a weekly basis only to be strung along. Every response (if I even got a response at all, because ****** or ******* only responded 1/10th of the time) I was told I'd get progress pictures the following week only to receive no updates whatsoever. When I asked for a refund 5/2024 I was met with more excuses and lack of communication. I proposed the solutions: Refund my money; Finish the build; Send it as is and they can pay to have it completed. They responded with "I'll get back to you" and never did.

    I ordered a car subframe on 14 March 2023 for ****** USD. After numerous contacts with him in the past 8 months, I have received only excuses why its not done. Excuses include family emergency, smashed hand, waiting on parts, still assembling, shipping problems, thought it was shipped but doesn't know why it didn't go out, faked a tracking number to make it look like it was sent out, and so on. It has been 8 months since ordered. I have been in touch with at least 4 people he has done this to and he should not be in business as a scammer. I would like to get a refund due to him not fulfilling the order.

    The order was placed July 25, 2022 and the delivery date was estimated 3-5 weeks. I have been in contact with the owner over email and phone. I have sent multiple messages over the past months checking on the status. I was given many excuses as to why it hasn't been taken care of, from personal emergencies to simply forgetting about the order. I have paid for the part. The total cost was 764.99 USD. The part is a steering rack for a car. I am not getting any response from anyone anymore and would like to resolve this with a refund. Any help would be appreciated.
