    I contacted this company for a "Deep Clean" of a vacated house. Of note, I had already deep-cleaned the kitchen myself and the bathroom of this property. I paid $556.50 because she required a deposit in case of overages and such. I decided it was fair because I really didn't have the time to do the deep clean myself. When I went to look at her work, it was all surface-cleaned and not "deep-cleaned." Specifically, I asked for the walls to be wiped down. They were not wiped down at all. They weren't even touched. The floors did look nice, and, again, the surfaces were all wiped down nicely. But that wasn't what I asked for. When I let Brittany know that the walls weren't clean, she didn't offer to come back, and then she asked me to write her a good review on social media. I didn't reply to that and figured it was just my loss. I contacted her again (within 90 days) because I wanted to schedule her again only because I had a balance on my account. This was January 10th. She never replied with my balance. I contacted her again on January 30th. She replied on January 31st and asked for the address of the other residence I was interested in getting cleaned. I gave it to her. No reply after that. I contacted her again on February 12th to remind her I was still waiting for her reply. She did respond and told me I had a balance of $195, but she, again, offered no date when she could come. I contacted her on February 23rd to let her know I'd like my balance ($195) refunded. No reply again. So, here I am at the BBB. I feel like I've gone above and beyond as far as patience and courtesy with this business. I'd just like my balance to be refunded at this point. I have all documentation to prove everything I wrote is true.
