    I purchased a snow wolf vape on 10/04/2023 at mr. ZAZA. The vape was working fine for the last 6 days last night 10/10/2023 it started acting weird and not hitting correctly or not hitting at all. I went to the store today 10/11/2023 a little after 11 am and told the worker about it and he ask me to hit it and it was hitting. I probably hit it about 5 times. And said ok if it starts doing what it was I’ll come back in. So I went outside and was hitting it out there and it was acting fine and I went in and told him whatever it’s working fine but if it doesn’t I’m coming back. So later on in the day a little after 2 pm it was acting weird once again for several minutes and then it would work. I called the phone number listed on line which is showing as (313) 455-1348 and ask to speak with the owner or manager. He proceeded to stated this was him and I explained situation and it’s as if he doesn’t care and will not take responsibility and saying it has to do with the company who makes them and saying they never had any problems basically saying I’m lying is what I’m getting from it. He said if I come in there tomorrow and it works he cannot do anything about it like I’m so upset I spent my money and these vapes, especially this one 8000 puffs should last a minimum of 3 weeks. It’s insane they will not replace it, not even wanting my money back honestly wanted it just replaced. These vape places this one is new is more then likely ripping people off since everyone likes vapes now they think they can sell anything and if it’s not working properly think they can’t replace it. They are the ones selling these items so they shouldn’t say they haven’t had any issues with this particular one when this vape shop just opened. I knew I should of avoided this place smh but I just want my vape replaced. That should be illegal to even be able to even try to do. They shouldn’t be in business if this is how they want to run it. Please help!

    She’s lying about the she just want a different flavor on our policy they say 24 hour of something happened we request to replace it when she came to the Store was working fine. She came the second day to employee and ask her if he could replace her for her and he said yes and he gave her the same one. She said no I don’t like this flavor and that different flavor and we cannot do that. We ask if we give her money back or give her the same flavor and she refused to take
