    My Dad, an elderly man and Vietnam Vet purchased a furnace from the company earlier this year after he was convinced that his 10 year old furnace could not be fixed and needed replaced even though he later learned that it could have been repaired. My Dad paid for the new furnace and it was installed. They took just 3 hours to install it. After installation, my Dad was disappointed in the product, it was not high efficiency like the one he had prior, the work was sloppy and not what he was promised. When the air of the furnace blows, it is not powerful but the tape comes loose. The tape now is blowing when it is on and it is not secure. My Dad called the company to ask to have the issue resolved but he would not come back to fix it and now, he is not even answering his calls and they just go to voicemail. This has been the case for several days now. My Dad chose this company because it was small and local but they took advantage of him. Do not recommend Campbell Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone! He took advantage of an elderly, Veteran, and he will take advantage of you as well!
