      We had our journey towed to the Indiana Tri Star. They had our car for a month. Very little communication, complained about having to push the car in and out of the shop. Told us they tried multiple things and couldn't figure it out. On our paperwork we received it said they reprogrammed the keys and that was it. It also states they couldn't figure it out. I called the manager and she was very rude. She never sent me the paperwork stating what all was done. I then called another manager and he never got back to me either. We had to pay a diagnostic fee even though they never figured out our car. We had to tow our car to another shop. They had our car for less than two weeks and it needed a new key fob and serpentine belt. That is all it needed and Tri Star couldn't figure this out. Absolutely ridiculous!

      I enquired about an explorer key not a car. I keep getting messages about explorers that I was "interested in" I needed an extra key cut. Your staff is also beyond rude. I called in for a quote on a key and I got nothing but an attitude from an employee on your team. I reported you to the better business bureau. I will never shop at or even think about walking into this establishment not will I recommend tri star to anyone I know.

      I was not given an appropriate trade in amount or adequate explanation for the quote given for 1989 International truck which had receipts proving 30,000 dollars had been invested in restoration project.
