    On 10/30/2024 I had ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. Half was also to have green peppers. Pizza was delivered with pepperoni only, I called the store a female had answered I advised this is not what I ordered she then advised green peppers were on recall. I stated this is not what I ordered I wanted a refund. I was placed on hold *** hot on the phone and advised I did not order green peppers because they were no longer on the menu, which indeed they are refused a refund stating I was not charged for green peppers. I asked for supervisor he stated he was at another store when I tried to call store I was disconnected 5 times.

    Customer ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and 8 piece plain wings. Customer called in and complained that they are supposed to get green peppers too. But we explained customer that they never added green peppers in the pizza. But customer never satisfied with the response. I attached the order receipt and there we can check every detail.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I attached a copy of my receipt that shows my order. When I submitted my complaint. The information that they responded to is incorrect with an incorrect receipt. And I have not received any notification from dominos.

    Ordered a pizza. Waited 2 1/2 hours for it to come! Called 4 times they kept saying on the way. The Manger wouldn't reimburse me the money. Then he said I could get 2 free medium pizza next time I came. Called today and they said I had to order something to get the pizzas! Come on really. Want my money back or just the 2 free pizzas!
