    I have lived on the property in **********, ** for 1 year. We have been finding mold nonstop and its been finding its way onto our property (Mattress, shelves, tables, etc.) I would not reccomend anyone moving into these apartments until they fully resolve these issues and find the source of the mold, especially individuals with asthma. Im afraid that its infested throughout the walls of the apartments on the lower levels. We have had maintenance come out a few times so far to clear up the mold. But nothing has been done about potentially cutting out the drywall and replacing it. These are building maintenance issues and they seem to not have enough maintenance staff to tackle every project, which i understand. However living in a mold infested apartment is not exactly up to code with health safety standards. Especially if there is mold within the walls.

    The buildings do not have mold issues, The particular unit they are in is a basement unit that seems to have excess moisture from the heat and rainy summer. Our maintenance team did cut out the affected areas yesterday and installed a commercial dehumidifier. We also cleaned all surfaces with mold killer.
