    I ordered saw kit from Blackburn tools almost a year and a half ago. Since that order, I have attempted to reach out to *********************, the owner of Blackburn tools, at least a dozen times, probably more. Text messages, voice calls, and email. He is never responded, not one time. He took my money, and basically walked away with it. I understand he's had some personal problems, but I have been nice and professional in every single attempt to communicate with him, and he has never once responded. Basically he's taking people's money and walking away with it. He should be ashamed of himself.

    Following up to your request for additional information, no, I never received what I ordered. I also never received any communication regarding status, expected delivery time, nothing. I emailed him probably more than a dozen times, I called him about the same amount, I texted him about the same amount. He never took a call, never responded to a text message, nor did he ever respond to an email. He just took my money and I never heard another word from him

    Ordered a saw from Blackburn Tools August of 2023. Blackburn Tools had a **** call in May of 2023 stating they were behind in orders. As of today I have had no response from Blaclkburn tools and I am out 190 dollars.

    I did receive an update yesterday as to when the product will be delivered. There biggest problem is their total lack of communication. They do not respond to emails at all. Many people who ordered do not even know if they are still in business. I am assuming I received a response because of the complaint I files.

    On August 30th, 2023 I transacted with the vendor for a ***** frame saw kit for the price of $230.17 and the transaction number with ****** is *****************. The vendor is non-responsive to email or phone calls. I have tried to repeatedly contact this business and have received absolutely no response whatsoever from the vendor. This matter could be resolved by either 1) Immediately refund the purchase price, tax included or 2) supply the product transacted for without delay. As a manager for our business I find it highly irresponsible for a vendor to not contact/communicate with customers for legitimate business purposes. If we conducted business like this vendor then I can assure you that the Contractors State License Board would be suspending our contractors license until matters were resolved or completely revoking our license altogether! I sincerely hope you can help resolve this matter and put as much pressure on this vendor to comply with fair and reasonable business practices. There is no excuse for taking money for services that you do not intend to provide in a timely manner!
