Penn state university is giving out parking tickets despite paying through the ** code they have plastered all over their parking lots! Their attendants threaten you with $30 tickets are rude and nasty! I showed a pass that parking was prepaid she claimed I couldnt use it because my plate didnt match well I used same pass all last year and for this year no problem as its my parents and they go to ** in winter so we use all passes and tickets that are ALLOWED to be transferred! So anyway I bought another parking pass via HONK app which is what they say to do. I have receipt and I spoke to parking person who was giving out tickets and she said it happens all the time nothing she can do to complain to transportation office. So they are fully aware the honk app is not alerting ticketing personnel to who paid and who didnt yet they continue to give out tickets that should not be given out. That is fraud! *** is extorting money from alumni and locals, its what they do best!

Penn State Athletics was in charge of parking for the recent ******************* concert. Parking could be purchased online prior to the concert or the day of. I purchased prior to the concert. When doing so, Penn State provides a map with lot numbers and a very vague map with no real information about the parking, such as if you will be held a certain spot or if the lot was paved or not. I paid a premium for parking and was expecting a paved lot, as I was driving a low clearance, two-wheel drive vehicle which can easily get stuck in unpaved areas. I was very disappointed in how deceptive Penn State was about the parking and especially considering the fact that I paid a premium for this lot. This was my first time to **************/Penn State, so I was unaware of what the parking situation would be like. There were paved lots, but I didnt know which lots they were when purchasing the pass prior to the concert, as I didnt see the paved lots until I got to the venue. Penn State shouldve the specified the details of the parking lots before purchasing.

    To whom it may concern,

You have reached ********** of the ******* Loan Servicing and Collections Department.  We collect tuition and loan payments and post them to Penn State student balances.  Our office/department is not involved in or prepared to respond to *********************** Center events, such as concerts or Parking issues.

Please review the complaint and redirect to the appropriate recipient.  That could be Ticket Master, Penn State Parking, or the Jordan ******************* you,

    *************************

    Customer Answer

Correct, I did not intend for my complaint to go to the loan servicing/collections department. Previously, I corresponded with *************************** by email. The email I used to communicate with them was *************** and the telephone number provided in the email signature was **************.

I believe the complaint would be against Penn State Parking. The payment appeared on my card statement as Penn State Athletics and the purchase was made via the Penn State Athletics ticketing app.

I believe Ticketmaster was just the sales platform.
