    I ordered two custom pairs from a sponsored add, I got both pairs, one was correct but the other was supposed to say "10-8" and instead has a random huge number. Not significant, and not sentimental at all. I emailed immediately saying it's not what I ordered, and have had a million emails back and forth and I'm out $20 and have a random thong. Would like an exchange or a refund

    I placed an order with this company back in November 29th I moved before I received my order and I never got it. I contacted them and informed them that I had moved after placing the order they told me to reship the order that would have to pay a reshipping fee of $13.85 I sent that to them April 4 it's May 3 a d I have not received my items when the items return to them undelivered they never contacted me I have reached out to them several times and still noting I want my money back I don't every want to do business with them again.

    I placed an order on February 6. I received an order number and after some time received a tracking number. The order continued to say out for delivery. So I contacted Flawluxe customer support to see why it was still out for delivery even though it had been a few weeks since I placed an order. They gave me information to the delivery company. The delivery company responded stating that the package was lost and I should reach out to the sender for a replacement. I reached out to Flawluxe and relayed this information and I received not response. I requested a refund as it is now over a month since I ordered. The only thing I received back on March 6 was my order was on the way. The track number does not exist for this alleged order. I just would like a refund because I have yet to receive a product that was initially for Valentines Day. I am uploading screenshots of correspondence so far.
