    I placed this order and paid Solockpool with a bank ACH transfer. During the entire ordering and payment process it was stated as shipping would be free. I had a shipping company contact me saying that the would need an insurance put on this item to continue the delivery of said item. I asked them to contact Solockpool regarding this matter and they said it was not their issue and that I would need to pay for this. They did not offer a way to pay for this and I have emailed and tried to call all of the phone numbers to this business and they are not valid numbers. The only communication that I have had with this company since purchasing the item was through text message. They were adamant about it is my responsibility to pay this insurance fee with another ACH. they have not sent an invoice or showed that this is even a legitimate charge. Based off of their website they state that items can be purchased with a credit card, which would offer me some protection against fraud. When I tried to say that I wanted to pay with a credit card they said it was not possible. Now when I try to email or call or text there is no response. I feel as this company is a fraudulent company and needs to be shut down!
