    Hi I have a major Issue with JC Taylor Insurance company. I cancelled my insurance online, I told them I was cancelling my insurance with them, I also sent them the insurance cards from the new company that I placed the insurance with. I'm still getting bills and paperwork to cancel, even though I put it in writing to cancel my insurance. My policy number is ********** I told them both in writing and on the phone to cancel my Policy. There is no reason for me to sign anything else since I have already put it in writing , called them to cancel and sent them insurance cards from the other insurance company.

    Good Morning,  

    Thank you for providing us the opportunity to respond to your inquiry.  A review the complainant's file found the policy was cancelled effective 9/1/2023.  The request to cancel the policy was received in our office on 9/13/2023 and processed on 9/15/2023.  the complainant originally requested cancellation of the policy by telephone on 9/5/2023.  Our practice is to request all policy cancellations in writing.  The written documentation was received in our office on 9/13/2023.
