      I made a purchase for a human hair wig on 2/17/2024 for ****** at Barclay beauty first time there I specifically went iin looking for human hair the sales lady she stated the hair she showed me was indeed human hair which was in a box by the time the hair got to the register it was bagged the manager **** was persistent in telling me my card was not working and that I needed to split my payment I asked why he kept making conversation to distract me asking where are navy federal atms at needless to say I did not split my payment once home next day realized the hair did not say human hair and it was thrown in unmarked bag the tag attached to the hair says 100 premium fibers not the same as human hair I called the store twice spoke to manager **** he was not willing to take the hair back because receipt says no refunds. This store frauded me leading me to believe I was purchasing 100 human hair. I am disputing with my bank. When speaking to store manager **** he advised me that they win all their disputes when I advised him I would have to speak to my banking institution. My bank denied the claim because of the no refund policy but I explained to them the item was not what I purchased the wig was switched while I was going to other side of store to pay for unit. That is not the wig I agreed to purchase. The wig band was torn off and there were several pieces of fiber throughout the hair which I provided pictures to my bank as well as quotes of the same hair company on Amazon which dont sell for no more than ***** dollars.I am disputed the denial from my bank because they agreed it was fraud. I read reviews online stating to be careful using your credit card at this store. And that the sales lady sells the bad wigs to new customers and good wigs to her friends. I just want justice my bank navy federal also stated this was friendly fraud and that they were trying to fraud my card using a scam by splitting the payment which I am thankful I did not .
