Just like the rest of us here in the comments section. I'm Here about **** Leads as well.. We set up a $1,000 budget limit on the contract and on their online platform and they went on to spend $30,000 without our authorization and shared our details with with the most rude, unprofessional and impolite people I ever spoke to in my life working at this company named CMI credit mediators. Not only we did nothing wrong They are constantly sending us street-level emails, voicemails and SMS threats. It's a shame this is an *****************Business Response

To Whom it may concern: CMI Credit Mediators *** is a commercial collection agency, we only do B2B business collections. Our client Homeadvisor placed a business account
Alpha Living in ** that owed them 40k for leads. CMI has Left several messages for Hichem Hannafi without success of ever speaking to him. Our initial demand letter was
returned therefore no further letters went out. I don't know how you can assess our business that has been in business for 50 years when you did not talk to anyone here. CMI is here
to help you and our client come to some agreement with what is due or not due, but you have not responded to any messages. Your account is still due to Homeadvisor - CMI will be placing the account on hold until our client closes it.

Complaint Against CMI Credit Mediators ****We are filing this complaint against CMI Credit Mediators **** due to their unjust and aggressive collection practices related to an unresolved dispute with *****************The debt in question pertains to services provided by *********** that we disputed and for which we successfully filed a chargeback through our credit card company. The credit card company ruled in our favor as the dispute was based on legitimate grounds: *********** charged us for faulty leads, then suspended our account, blocking our ability to file credit requests for those leads.Despite winning this dispute, CMI Credit Mediators **** has sent multiple threatening emails demanding payment for the disputed amount. Their communications have included statements accusing us of ignoring our financial responsibilities and threats of accruing additional interest. These actions are unwarranted and unjustified, as this debt was already resolved in our favor through the chargeback process. We urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that CMI Credit Mediators **** ceases these unfair collection practices. Their behavior has caused unnecessary stress and disruption to our business operations.SincerelyBusiness Response

To Whom it may concern; CMI received a commercial account from Homeadvisor - Top Leader Construction in Van **** Ca on 12/4/2024 with proof of debt. CMI sent an
email demand on 12/4/24 to advise Top Leader construction that *********** placed their account for collection.
CMI's collector called and left messages on: 12/19, 1/3 and 1/9 with no communication from Top leader construction.
On 1/13 - another email was sent.
CMI has been in business for 50 years and follows all criteria necessary in the industry to be compliant. Our letters and emails are industry standard, and all calls were recorded with
more than 3 days apart (industry standard).
It is obvious Top leader Construction is not going to pay their obligation to Homeadvisor so *** will close the account and return it to Homeadvisor.

I am rejecting this response because: The tactics taken by *** were harassment. The Client ******* Scottsman failed to update their records and provided *** false information. I informed *** of this fact and provided the date the payment was made and still *** continued to call and email me. I asked *** to stop contacting me and at that time I refused to speak with them because I already had sever times over several months. *** failed to keep accurate records or request research from ******* Scottsman based on the payment information I provided. I’ve been getting mail and harassing phone calls from this office about my account with *** of Vero Beach, FL. Last December 2022, we had 2 new air conditioning systems installed in our house by ***. We were offered financing with ******** for the 2 systems, which we took. Around February, I started getting letters from CMI demanding $20,000.00 for the 2 systems. I’ve also been getting harassing phone calls and voice mails from CMI demanding payment. I called up ******** and I was told that our payments are up to date. They said that call from CMI is a scam. On May 10, 2023, i had a call from *** *******. He left a call back number ***-***-**** ext ***. He said my file number is ********. When I returned his call, he was insisting that he is trying to help me settle my account. He was very insistent despite my explanation to him about my ******** financing. He called me again this morning asking me to call him back. I want these calls to stop.Business Response

Probably the worst company to ever work with. I spoke to *******************, every time i spoke about how MY business does and how MY clients owe money he would interrupt what i am saying and demand it his way or the high way. I then asked a few days later for a quick update for my financial partners and he threatened me via phone call. He claims he is the best but they are actually the worst. I spoke to him today to ask why i signed a commercial and individual agreement as there was 2 different people but similar issue happening and told me to Shut it and hang up. Again i do not recommend this company as it was a big waste of time. ***** spoke with our Sale manger ******************* who listened to ***** about his unsatisfaction with another agency and **** wanted to help him. ****** account was not a cut and dry commercial account and **** was trying to explain this. Thank you very much for the phone call, Proper customer service to our clients is paramount to CMI as our clients are very valuable to us. I personally apologize for any poor service that your received. The rest of the email was sorting out the complicated bill and who was liable for payment.
2/27/23 ***** called and spoke with our collector and email additional information pertaining to the account.

I told ***** how i submitted this form on our first call and she agreed he was in the wrong even though i was still getting harassed by **** (see the emails) If you see the email thread most communication was done via phone. in the beginning **** called me on his personals cell as he wanted me to submit both company's i own and all debt accounts. He did this to gain my trust and assuming he didn't want to be cough violating federals law. **** told me he would update me weekly and not monthly. I told ***** all this and even emailed her the recorded calls where **** was still calling me some words. I attached the email thread where i demanding **** to stop messaging and to this day i received 15 more emails from ******************'s me and my company. To whom it may concern: After reviewing your (Attachment) with my accredited BBB representative. We both conclude that your accusations are not validated. I also asked ***** if she received any recordings that you insist you sent her of **** "using words" and she did not receive anything from you except emails with no recorded calls attached.
Being an advocate of the ***** community, I am disappointed in your slander of another minority, **** being a ***** man with no family, who is the most uplifting positive person I know. He worked hard all his life without help, and this defamation will not stop him because he knows the truth as do I.
It's funny what you are accusing **** of is the same accusations you made of the agency before us, and all **** wanted to do was help you.
I hope you well in your future endeavors, having your own business is a wonder thing, it's filled with many challenges but having a positive mind set will bring you more up's then down's.
Good Luck!
