    The owner of Zosy Venue (*************************) does not follow his own policies or agreements. Once you decide to rent his venue, there is a fee that the customer pays for incidentals (refundable 72 hours after the event providing everything is intact) but he keeps your money and then stops taking your calls. I contracted his Venue but was not able to use it because of, according to him L and I would not allow him to open. He found me another space (not his) which I left in the same manner as I found it. The owner of that space had no issues. ************************* did not return my deposit although he promised and he stopped taking my calls and his phone number was no longer taking any calls. I should have read the negative reviews that I didn't see prior to my event. Please be very cautious about doing business with this person *************************
