    My normal pick up day is Wednesday and here it is Monday the following week and my trash has not been picked up by Holland. Meanwhile the animals are getting in the trash cans and spewing the garbage out on my driveway. This happened Christmas week also which the cans were full after Christmas. The owner's teenage daughter runs the office. You can never get anyone on the phone and they never call back.

    Here I sit at 7PM on Friday, 7/1 and garbage is still sitting by the road SINCE YESTERDAY MORNING IN 90 Degree weather. My regular pick up date is Thursday (yesterday) although that doesn't matter much to Holland disposal because they only actually pick up my garbage on Thursdays about half the time. I've had this company for 30 years & they were ALWAYS on time until the parents retired & handed the business to their kids who clearly are MISMANAGING the company. I tried calling them at 6PM but NO ANSWER. Well I have a surprise for them. When I get my next bill I will pay HALF the amount & send it with a scathing letter basically saying that they will get 1/2 the billed amount as long as I continue to get half the service from them. DO NOT USE THEM.
