    Be Forewarned, Residents of *********** and surrounding communities of Del Vecchios!!!A year ago, my fianc contacted this business to provide a food truck for our wedding on 6/28/25. Several emails were exchanged along with a few in person visits throughout the past year to confirm Del Vecchios agreement to cater our event, which they agreed to. We booked them, and told them an approximate number of people they could expect, which, at the time, they had no problem ********* forward to this week, when my fianc called to finalize plans. Del Vecchios asked how many guests would be attending, and they were told approximately *****. At this point, Del Vecchios stated they could not provide a food truck for us. We reminded them of our previous conversations, emails and visits confirming their agreement with us. We also told them we would pay more to retain their services, as our wedding is about 7 weeks away. To our great disappointment, Del Vecchios informed us they would not supply a food truck for our wedding. They offered a food cart, hardly appropriate for an event like ours. Del Vecchios is clearly a business that does not honor its word, and breaches their commitments to possibly suit their own needs. There are a lot of festivals going on around our wedding date, and we cant help but wonder if they were offered a bigger and better deal, resulting in revoking ours?!?Irregardless, Del Vecchios has some serious issues with its business model in terms of integrity, professionalism and doing the right thing . When capitalism takes precedence over integrity and good values, this is the result. Please heed our words, and think strongly on whether or not this is a company to be trusted before you book an event with them. At the very least, understand that their word holds absolutely no credence. If they did this to us, they can do it to you.
