    Called to get my kitchen sink unclogged after I couldnt snake it clear, so I was charged 320$ for them to come and snake it and replace a pressure valve on the pipes under the sink I think it was and not fix the problem in the end and try to charge me 516$ more to guess where the clog was and cut a hole in the wall and attempt to fix it there. I declined that since the plumber couldnt guarantee it would get fixed.a couple days later I find a dent in my dryer which from what the plumber told me about him searching for the right pipe in the laundry room he must have either climbed on the dryer or set tools on the dryer and dented it. I had already paid the 320$ and wanted a refund due to the damages and not getting my problem Fixed. I have been told its being looked at and after a week of nothing being done Im still waiting to even hear back.

    We made a good faith effort to satisfy the customer by giving the customer a full refund. All issues are now resolved with the customer. We reached out to the customer and customer was satisfied with the resolution we offered.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Per my discussions with the company i agreed to remove the complaint, i was unable to do so, but with accepting their response i hope this shows they were willing to work with me.

    I got an estimate on May 23rd from Lawrence Plumbing for an air conditioner because ours was 20years old but cooling the house but leaking water everywhere. They provided the estimate and a link to apply for credit to pay for it. They put the air conditioner in on June 6th {see the statement from Fortiva the credit company}. After they put the air conditioner in, we had nothing but problems with it not working right. So, we called the company, at the end of July, and told them to take the air conditioner back and give us our $4500 back. they came on July 31st and took the air conditioner out of our house and refunded our money back to Fortiva then immediately recharged my Fortiva account for the same amount they refunded $4500{see the Aug Fortiva statement. So, I called Fortiva and Lawrence company on August 08th and told them that Fortiva said; that they will have to refund the money back again because it didn't go thru right. Lawrence still haven't refunded my money back to credit card as of now.

    We gave customer a full refund. Since customer used financing we refunded financing company, Turns. I attached a copy of the financing return. It did seem to take a while for Turns to get this taken care of but it was completely out of our control. We reached out to Turns but they were not able to tell us anything more because the loan was not in our name. They were only willing to speak with ******** *****. We tried to help and reached out and talked to Turns multiple times. Turns has assured us that a full refund was given.
