    I would first like to say that I understand that every company is going to have a bad day. However, its the response that matters, and party rental guyz is severely lacking. We ordered tables and chairs from this company for our wedding and our original contracted delivery time was for 8:15 am. We emailed back and forth, signed the contract, and paid in full months before the event. Fast forward to one (1) day before at 7:30 pm we get a phone call from them saying theyll need to move the delivery to 9:00 am - 10:00 am. Okay, this will be harder but still doable so we hesitantly agree. Keep in mind that our setup is quite simple but we can not do any of it until receiving these tables and chairs. Now. Its the day off and we arrive at the venue where our family and friends are helping us get it prepared to discover that there are still no tables and chairs at 11:00. We are panicking and attempting to contact party rental guyz who did not warn us of this delay and do not answer a single one of our magnitude of calls. They did not call back until 12:00pm and did not arrive until 12:30 pm (thats 4 hours and 15 minutes later than our contracted time). Following this they offered us a full refund for the inconvenience and informed us that we would just need to call in the next day. Well, we have tried calling every single day since then and have not received an answer, a call back, or even an email. Still no refund. (TLDR: dont use this company if you want your event to happen on time, any form of communication, or your sanity.)
