    Justin was hired to install facia, soffit, siding, gutters and downspouts. his crew damaged my house roof and drip edge less then a week old, the also damage my shed roof during the project. All the work his crew performed was of extreme poor quality. The siding was cut wrong and nailed to tight. The facia was cut and bent wrong and poorly. The gutters were hung with the wrong slope and water ran away from the down spouts spilling over.
    The down spouts were not meas. correctly and did not line up with existing inground drain lines. To fix this the hung the down spouts at extreme angles. When I brought this to Justin's attention he agreed and said he would redo all the work himself because it was clear his employees did not know how. Justin said his crew would tear all the old stuff and he would come do the install himself. Justin instead instructed the same guys to do the install. I came home from work and the few things they had done was just as bad as what they just tore off. I also noticed more damage to house and shed roof from them throwing stuff off of house roof right on my shed roof. I ask why Justine was not doing the work and they said Justin instructed them to. i sent them home and texted Justin photos if the new stuff the had damaged and the poor quality work they were again performing. I told Justin that I would talk with wife and figure the best way forward. and call him on monday. During the weekend I notice Justin's crew had stolen a 24 ft scaffold plank from my yard. I then told Justin I wanted a refund of my down payment the stolen items returned and I was going to hire another company to do the job.

    I hired this company to put all new siding, downspouts and a front porch roof and gutters on a property I am renovating in **********, PA. Their price seemed fair at around $12,000 for the siding and between $2,500-$4,500 for the front porch (can't recall the exact price of that part) so I hired them. I work with contractors frequently and have renovated many homes throughout the years in addition to being in the real estate industry. Justin was often unresponsive and had completely ignored me when it came to coming to correct two serious issues at the property: a leaking gutter corner and downspouts discharging directly into my basement foundation. I have attempted to have him remedy this clear incorrectly completed work since July, and have given ample opportunity for this to be addressed. This is the last thing I have time for or enjoy doing, but I do not want to other clients being taken advantage of and dealing with these same headaches.

    I submitted a check for about $5000 to Hometown Roofing in order to purchase shingles for a roofing job. We canceled our contract with the company due to false promises of financing. The owner told us he would refund the money minus a 20% restocking fee from Owens Corning, the shingle manufacturer. I have called the Owens Corning warehouse and verified that no shingles were purchased for our job. They also typically do not charge a restocking fee. I have yet to receive my money back from the business owner. I have called and sent messages dozens of times with few responses back. I have not received a penny back, and I don't have the shingles.
