    I cancelled my membership after learning that my credit card was being charged to avoid unauthorized charges. I have been a member in the past during COVID, however, now that yoga studios are open I have cancelled the online membership given it is not being used any longer. I attempted to seek a refund, which was very difficult to do online. I finally figured it out. I sent an email through the website "contact us" as well as to an email address I found online. I received a response. They will not refund me the charge because they said I must cancel before the charge. I did cancel the membership and it appears it did not "go through". This seems like a trick because as a consumer, you should be able to rely the when you cancel the membership, it happens. The charge on my card which I found out about today when I received my credit card statement was a complete surprise because I cancelled it. I would like a refund for the $125. I have already cancelled the auto renew AGAIN on the website but i do not trust that it will go through correctly. I wish to ensure my entire account is deleted to reassure that my credit card info is not used in an unauthorized manner. 12/05/22 BULLDOG YOGA ONLINE PHILADELPHIA PA ************ $125.00 The phone number provided on my credit card statement also does not even work. It says "This number is not in order" when you call it. I will never sign up for bulldog again. I will make sure I write this in the reviews to tell people not to sign up for anything online since it seems the technology does not provide security or reliability that the actions you take online go through successfully.

    This user did not cancel their account previously and did not reach out to us for assistance to cancel their account. Our refund and cancellation policy (************************************************************************) clearly states steps to cancel user accounts and that only accounts canceled within 24 hours of the subscription charge qualify for a refund. This user unfortunately is contesting a fair and appropriate charge as the account was active and the charge was posted many months ago.
