    One of newly installed gutters has fallen away from the house due to improper installation methods. A piece of my flashing is falling off. Leaving the sofit exposed and loose enough to be torn away. My roof/siding/gutter job has a 3-5 year workmanship warranty. The job was completed November of 2023. So it is still well under the warranty. The company has come out twice to honor their warranty and fix faulty work. Now they refuse to answer any form of communication. I assume this is an attempt to expire the warranty?

    The gutter was held on with cocking or glue??!!! And has pulled away from the house with the weight of rain water. The flashing was never nailed into place and continues to pull away with each gust of wind, exposing the sofit.

    Because of a lack of action on behalf of limited 7 roofing. The 5 minute fix has now turned Into a restoration project as damages continue to occur because this 1 piece was not properly installed to begin with, and was refused the honor of the contractional warranty! I would like to pursue financial compensation to hire a better company to fix these mistakes!!

    Company quoted me a price for roofing job on my home. Then said part of it wasn't included in that cost. They said the eves would be ******. So I pd the ******. Months later job still not complete. He claimed he has been trying to get in touch with us. Gave him another number..another month goes by. Requested refund weeks ago. Was told at that time refund would be issued. Still no refund and they will not respond now.

    We dropped  the skylights off at her house when they came in we cant control supply chains. she kept a 350 dollar ladder as a gesture of goodwill and inconvenience.

    The contractor put a new roof on our house, during the course of the installation, they knocked out and broke one of our window screens, ripped the screen, they told us they would replace it after we paid in full, they sent somebody to our house with the wrong screen who could not speak english and communicate with us, we requested the owner who spoke english send somebody to fix the screen since the guy who came (non speaking english guy) was not able to fix it, we never heard back from the owner or got a refund adjustment

    I signed a contract with Limited 7 Roofing to complete my roof project the week of 8/7/23. The roof had 4 vents installed that I did not authorize, the flashings around both chimneys are wrong (allowing water to come back into the house), and the fan in the attic was torn off and the wires were left hanging and were "hot wires" according to another roof inspection. They came back out on 8/10/23 to fix the job and the work was done poorly. Nothing was changed. My house could have burnt down and he keeps saying "this was required by the warranty to replace the vent." I would like the cost to remove and fix the roof after the removal of the vents, the flashing fixed, the bay window roofs fixed, and the fan paid for. Once these things are deducted from my bill, I can pay the difference to Limited 7 Roofing.

    As noted, the contract (page 1) states: ridge-vent.  I was promised my roof would look exactly how it was before it was taken off.  I am not satisfied with Limited 7 Roofing, and their blame of Owens Corning for this situation.

    I have made many attempts to work with Limited 7 Roofing.  They have been unsuccessful.  He has told me to call Owens Corning (Doug D*****).  Corporate at Owens Corning does not know him.  This has all left me feeling uncomfortable.  

    I was told Justin the owner would be on the jobsite—this did not happen.  The professionals that came to my house did not have the industry training needed to put the work in to make my home safe.  The work as proposed is unsafe and not correct.  The reports are conclusive.  

    I appreciate the support of the BBB.

    You have not made attempts what you want me to do will void the warranty. I have print outs of our entire conversation this is the reason I would only respond on text or email I can upload the entire conversation if the bbb likes I will also be showing it in court with phone records and proof it is my number and ****’s from the phone company.
