The roof was done about April 26. The check for $14,225 was cashed about May 22. He was to replace the roof and any bad wood that he found. The gutter gaurd that was attached under the origonal shingles, he would put back. Our concern is the way the gutter guard was replaced on the shingles not under the shingles. There are 27 visible nails going into the roof. It is bent in many places and water comes off the roof and misses going into the gutter. We have called him 3 or 4 times and I spoke to him personally and he said he would be out to see our concerns and has never come. We sent a registered letter that was not picked up.

I have reached out to the customer in question and have scheduled  to go and assess there issues. However in talking with them this seems to be a issue with a leaf guard system that was not touched by or installed by us here at Bucceri Construction.  If it is reasonably repairable I will see to it being taken care of if it is a problem that was existing or not by fault of ours .I will gladly see them in small claims court to settle the dispute.  Please feel free to call me at any time as it is the preferred contact method.
