    A roof was put on my home in 2017 when the home was occupied by someone else. Upon closing I received a copy of the contract stating there is a 15 year warranty. My exhaust fan in my bathroom has been leaking for the last four weeks and I have made 12 phone calls and left messages along with sending them a message through their website with no response. The water leak is damaging my ceiling, all I am asking is for them to come and take a look at it and fix it. Their website claims that they are BBB accredited so it is surprising to me that they have not responded. Last year they had to replace my skylight in my kitchen (at my expense) because that was leaking. On the contract it states that he replaced the skylight when he did the roof so I should not have had to pay $1,350.00 to replace it. If they will not honor the warranty then I will need to find another roofer but I think I at least deserve the courtesy of a response from them. Also, if they are not BBB accredited, they should be removing your logo from their contracts. This warranty should be valid until 2032. I have uploaded the contract that was given to me at closing and the contract from the installation of the skylight. Thank you.
