    Evan was rude and yelled at me out of the store. He was already annoyed when he called me up to the counter from helping an Asian customer before me and me being Asian too, I felt attacked. He was sighing and rolling his eyes the entire transaction. Towards the end, I said to the other employee that he was rude and he came storming back raising his voice telling me that I’m being rude and I came in there not prepared with boxes causing more work. I’ve never shipped items out for a personal matter and I was asking questions about box sizes but stopped because he kept getting annoyed. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable, attacked and publicly embarrassed in front of a store full of customers in my life. He gaslighted me and then stopped acknowledging my existence by not talking to me anymore. When I called to make sure my package wasn’t going to be messed up, Andrew, the manager basically told me their job is to pack and ship, and that’s what they did. No apology for the lack of customer service. Moral of the story is don’t go to this *** location, or choose *****.
