    I held my daughters 5th birthday party there on 11/11/23. I paid a deposit of $150 in August 2023. On Saturday 11/11/23 I was charged $877. The vestibule where you check-in and pay is absolutely chaos and I knew something didn't make sense then, but I wasn't given an itemized receipt so I had nothing to go on (I was merely given a receipt saying I paid $877) until I was home and had a chance to sort through everything. When I got home later and pulled up my e-mail from the deposit in August I noticed the discrepancy. I went in the next day to get a refund of $84. The manager told me I was charged for 25 kids, but I only had 23. She acknowledged this but told me I had to go through corporate. When I contacted their corporate offices they replied that they were closing the case because of lacking evidence. I have a receipt for 11/11/23 and a receipt from August 2023. I reached out three more times and haven't gotten a response. I asked for a list of children they are attributing to my party if they are insisting I must pay this - no response. I have two receipts, photographs, counted the party bags I was given by them TWICE (23), and when checking in the person and I discussed how she  "drew a line' at 23 on the sign-in sheet, and I paid before the party started. So even if extra kids had arrived (they didn't), there was never a conversation about this or the process of me paying for them. This overcharge was completely upfront and no one will speak with me about it.
