    This company has extremely misleading product images. I ordered a pendant from them and when it got here, it was smaller than a nickel in diameter and the chain is much too small to fit around any adult human's neck. I reached out to customer service and they were very unhelpful when I reached out and insisted that I pay for shipping even though they are clearly running a scam. It's no wonder they have an impossible return process... They know exactly what they're doing selling miniature jewelry to people that they can never wear. If they had a normal return process like any other company did, they would go out of business shipping all their low quality misleading products back.

    I am unable to contact churchsupplier.com either through phone or email to get a rma# for a return item. Phone messages say they will call back but I have called 4 times to no avail. The email address @churchsupplier.com does not function. This is not a good way to foster good customer relations.
