The firm is proud to serve 8 counties in Pennsylvania including; Bucks County, Berks County, Chester County, Delaware County, Lehigh County, Montgomery County, Northampton County and Philadelphia County.
Academy Appraisals, INC has also been completing residential and commercial appraisals for nearly 20 years in four New Jersey Counties (Mercer County, Burlington County, Camden County and Gloucester County)

Reinforced by a number of full-time support staff we aim to provide the most accurate appraisals with the quickest turn times in the region. We are one of the few appraisal firms in the area with dedicated employees left to answer the phone and we pride ourselves on being a “service business” that is always available to our clients. This has led to Academy Appraisal, INC being the leading appraisal firm in South Eastern PA and the 295 SNJ corridor. We are honored to complete most of the appraisal work in these areas for our 100+ clients and have continued to grow and provide the same quality service for the past 29 years.
