    We have a AAA membership, and ** Transport was the company listed as the tow truck. The driver was over an hour past the quoted time from AAA and then proceeded to be ignorant when arriving. When asked about why he was so late, the driver smirked and said "I just got the call", which is a lie because AAA had provided the ** Transport tow truck information an hour prior. Unhappy about the time it took for the driver to get there, my father said, "Just tow the car." At 11:15pm at night, the driver cursed us both out for a solid minute, proceeding to get in his truck, and take off, reckless amounts of speed. He took a corner in the parking lot that was a blind corner considerably fast, and would've definitely injured someone if they had been there. His reckless, ignorant, rude, and completely unprofessional attitude is not okay. Never use this service, and if with AAA, DO NOT let them send you one of their trucks.
