    My wife and I have been purchasing vehicles through them for almost 15 years totalling in 10+ vehicles. Unfortunately the last 2 have been a nightmare. 1st being a grand Cherokee L and the 2nd being a Waggoneer... countless services for electrical problems on both. The service manager through out all the problems and services lied and **** *** my wife and I countless times. We contacted the owner multiple times with proof of the lies and nothing was done about it time and time again... The grand Cherokee was not able to be fixed and was attributed to "ghosts in the system" and "not compatible with android phones". A trade in value was offered to us for much less than we owed,but unfortunately the car depreciated almost 20 grand in one year due to all the problems. so with extreme regret we accepted the trade in value offer and purchased a Waggoneer. Same exact electrical issues with this one and has been into the shop numerous times in the last year for electrical problems. 4 separate times it was taken in with a crash symbol light on in the dash, causing multiple features to not work, where it was simply reset and given back to us, 3 times until Chrysler was notified. A burned out wire harness was found underneath the passenger seat causing problems with the seat and dash but was a separate issue from the crash light. Waiting on parts for the harness but was in formed through Chrysler that there was no fix for the crash light and the problems it causes, that they would have to write programming to fix it and it would take a long time. So they did another reset and file delete and gave it back. Now the crash light isn't on but are experiencing a bunch of new problems with the radio and phone systems. we filled a complaint with Chrysler and was assigned a case manager but was just informed that they are taking no responsibility for the vehicle either, but will monitor the situation and assist the dealership with any further repair. The only one who loses is us!

    *** we would need to diagnose the phone pairing issue. When I spoke to *****, I suggested we could do that when the heated seat wiring harness parts come in. However, we would be happy to get the vehicle in sooner if you would like. We feel the forward collision warning light malfunction has been resolved as the light is now not coming on.

    Only giving 1 star because I can't give 2. I spent my only 2 days off from my full time job running back and forth for these people. I put a deposit down a on 2020 dodge caravan priced at a little below $15,000. When we went back we were sent all over to retrieve paperwork. I brought a proof of address and it was a sealed mail with my name and address. The man Art opened my mail without my consent. We went to the bank and got a signed letter from the bank stating we had an account. They refused unless I brought a bank statement. In which I am not comfortable giving them. They than said I would not get my deposit back. Than said if I gave them another $1500 I could have the van. After they raised the sale price $2200 from first inital meeting. Had to cancel my sons therapy appointments bc I was stuck in the dealership both days all day long. To be told without more money I can't get any help or without all my private information.
