***** has a trust through Life Enrichment Trust. According to them, he has approximately $25,000 left in said trust. This can be accessed through age 25. He is currently 16. He has his license. He would like to purchase a vehicle. They have a specific policy on this. We followed this policy and submitted the application and documents. We have not received anymore communication. They do not want to give us the money because then they would be losing the money that they make off of him. We are trying to buy him a reasonable used vehicle. He wants to be able to get a job and get back and forth to work and to sporting events and to school. This is causing a major hindrance and they are withholding this money on purpose! They will not answer phone calls. They are rude when we call. They act like we don't know what we are talking about and like we idiots. We want the money that we have requested. Now that so much time has passed, the car we wanted has been sold. So we will have to go through this process AGAIN because of their stupid policy. We just want the money sent to a dealership to purchase a decent vehicle. We aren't using it for ourselves. OR we want the money sent to a different trust company. We do not trust that they even have the money at all. We have read a lot of bad reviews on them. PLEASE HELP US GET OUR SON HIS MONEY!!!!! THIS WAS FROM A LAWSUIT THAT HE WON!

Life Enrichment Trust acts as a savings account for individuals with developmental disabilities. I have requested that 6 accounts be closed and the money send in check form so that it can be transferred to their STABLE Accounts for tracking purposes. I have been promised on 7 different attempts that the accounts were being handled and checks would be mailed. I have still not received their funds and closing statements. My next step will be legal action that of which will cost them much more. They are taking from individuals with developmental disabilities and holding their money without just cause. This has been going on since November of 2021 however I have emails dating back to 2/2022 and have spoken with Michael English without any resolution. I demand THEIR money be released and the account closed.

I’m writing in response to the attached Complaint I received in yesterday’s mail.  My apologies for the delayed response, this is the first notice I’ve received of the Complaint.  You can direct any future correspondence to me directly.  If you could send anything via email to this address it is the quickest way to get to me, as we are still working remotely.

Needless to say, we dispute many of the claims made in the Complaint.  There is more to it than what is stated.  That being said, the matter has been resolved.  The checks have been sent to Ms. ***** in complete satisfaction of her request.  The last communication I had with her I was under the impression she was satisfied with the outcome.

If I can be of any further assistance in your processing of this Complaint, please let me know.

    Sincerely,

    Michael *. E******, Esq.
