      On April 30th I have made an order of mulch and mushroom soil from the business in the sum of $609.40. the sum was paid by a Debit card. Importantly, prior to making the order I called the business to make sure that they actually deliver to my address. I was answered that they do. I made the order and delivery was set to Friday May 2. on the day of delivery the business left me a message stating that they do not deliver to my area and dont understand how the delivery was even set and that a check for the sum will be sent in the mail. on Thursday May 8th I called to inquire regarding the check. the person on the phone said it has not yet been made for some reason and that they are making it as we speak and to expect it in the mail. Today, May 8th I called again and was answered at the same way - the check was not cut for some reason, they are making it now and expect in the mail. At this point I think I am being scammed out of the money and wanted your help before contacting a lawyer.
