    I would be glad to show you the problems I am having with the house that I had Hallmark has build for me , in the Oak Ridge Community. I settled last month. There are numerous construction problems. My house has more sheet rock patches then a qulit. Three of the showers we can not use, as water flows thought the celling below. Water has pored through the basement walls. I have videos and pictures that I can email any future Hallmark customer to see for them self. I would be glad to show any prospected buyer of a Hallmark home, the interior of my home and point out what to look for. I can educate you on their unethical business practices and inferior construction practices of Hallmark Homes. I can also educate you on how to navigate around the games they play with the buyer at the design center. The emergency number they give you to call goes unanswered. I tried to contact the owner, but he is such a coward that he would not return my numerous phone calls. I am not a fan of writing a bad review, but Hallmark has left me no other choice, but to write this review. For those under contract, you should talk to me so I can warn you of to look out for. To prove the legitimacy of this review, I invite any one who may be skeptical of this review to tour my house and see with your own eyes. The employees have been trying to fix things, but they are overwhelmed. I have to add that the owner is a 100% coward for not meeting with me face to face or returning any of my phone calls. The owner can hide, but he can not hide for ever.
