    On March 17, 2025, I was rear-ended at a red light by a driver operating a vehicle under DVA Logistics LLC. The driver first gave me an insurance card for *************, covered by ****************************************. When I called that insurer, they said ************* is no longer insured and is flagged as fraudulent. After I confronted the driver and company, they gave me updated proof of insurance under GEICO, showing coverage for DVA Logistics LLC.I filed a claim with *****. After speaking to the driver, ***** accepted full liability. They only need DVA Logistics to confirm the vehicles details so they can finalize the claim. But for over a month, DVA Logistics LLC has refused to respond to any of GEICOs emails, messages, or phone calls. ***** confirmed this and said they have communication logsbut can only release them to an attorney, which I cannot afford. I also dont have collision coverage, so I cant use my own policy.When I contacted DVA Logistics directly, their claim assistant tried to shift the blame onto me because I didnt file a police reporteven though ***** has already accepted liability after speaking with their driver. Since then, DVA Logistics has completely ignored my calls. They told me someone would follow up, but no one ever ****** this point, if they dont want to work with insurance, they can simply pay to fix my car directly and were good to go. Ive been fair and patient. This company gave me fraudulent insurance first, then tried to blame me, and now is stonewalling their own insurer. Im asking the BBB to hold DVA Logistics LLC accountable and get them to resolve this
