    Got scammed! Had to provide lot of personal information to submit a refund, never got the refund or hear back from them. Unfortunately since the transaction happened so long ago my credit card was not able to revert it back. Don't fall for this trap like I did.

    The Company took my money and continue to say my order was cancelled, but continuing to have me fill out a refund form, and after allotted wait time I still has not been refunded my monies, and I have tried times to reach out to this company trying to seek information, but I have only been given the round around meaning this process has been going on over a year, it went from my order was constantly delayed and I waited patiently, then I cancelled and I asked for a refund, but still as of this dated of June 25, 2022 I am still fighting to get my money back. I have been unable to speak with a live agent, I have been unable to speak with an agent via chat, I have only received emails stating my order was cancelled and I was refunded, but when I respond back to find out when and where was my refund sent, I would only receive an email stating for me to fill out a manual refund form, which I have done twice and still have not received a refund. I received an email again on June 24, 2022 just stating the same thing, my order was cancelled and I was refunded, this company is playing games with my monies, but I am going to continue to fight for my money because it is not fair to try to do business with a company and they just straight up rob you, so at this point I am truly feeling I was SCAMMED and ROBBED by this company, I wish I could give negative stars...

    Calchip took my money and held on to it for almost a year. After telling me my refund would be automatically processed, nothing happened for months. I then manually filled out a refund form, got a reply back saying they updated their system and I must fill out a new form with the same information. After doing that, they still wouldn't refund me and said they required a photo of myself to issue the refund. In the end I had to do a charge back through my credit card.
