    my name is  *** ****  **** ***** **** **   *********   **  *****.  complaint is against triple s asphalt. i purchased their services thru an online auction for the humane society in march. I called twice in may saying i had the certificate. called twice again in june. emailed once in july, then called and threatened to contact you (BBB). that call he returned within 30 min. mr seng told me he never received the previous calls or the e mail and would be in the area later that week and would stop and give me an estimate. i don't think he ever came. i saw thru the boro that the estimate can be done online with the proper knowledge. I called a week later having not heard from him. he said he was here and the estimate was $2k. i then reminded him i had the certificate .  he said he'd have to get back to me. about 4 days later, he messaged me that it would cost me $500 to seal the cracks. i agreed to his terms (though i thought it was excessive) and he said he would put me on his schedule. i did not hear from him the remainder of july or the entire month of august. i emailed him early in September asking when he was going to do the work. his reply was "between the 14th and 16th. all those days were clear and dry. he didn't show. all future attempts to contact mr seng have been fruitless. I believe he's waiting until a year passes so the certificate reverts to the value I purchased it for in good faith. the certificate states $1,000 value to cover up to 2,500 sq ft. i was advised by the boro that my driveway is approximately 2,000 sq ft
