This company has directly impacted the health and safety of senior citizen patients. They have been delinquent in rendering services that are imperative to their well being. These patients are receiving life sustaining care and are left in the lobby of medical facilities to wait for hours to return home, leaving them without food, water, insulin, and pain medications that are vital to their well being. It is disgraceful how this company takes advantage of the elderly who are unable to care for themselves. I am personally outraged by the quality of this service.

Freedom Transit strives to provide high quality, reliable shared-ride public transportation service.  On average, we provide over 600 trips each day to passengers for medical appointments, employment, shopping, etc.  To address the critical needs of dialysis patients, we have established relationships with the Social Workers and staff at each dialysis clinic throughout the County to develop patient transport schedules which often vary based on location and individual needs.  As such, we contacted the dialysis clinic from where the complaint originated to discuss ways in which communications may be improved to help address any issues they may be experiencing.  We look forward to continuing our dialogue with this and other clinics as we work to ensure our passengers needs are met.
