    I arrived at the 3/4 house at *** ** **** *****t on September 4, 2024. My monthly rent was 328.00. I gave the manager Carla S**** 200.00. She stated that she would add $80.00 to help me out. I was told that I have until October 15, 2024, to pay the remaining balance. On September 11, 2024, at 5:55 pm, Miss S**** told me that I have an hour to leave because I failed to provide her with a psychiatric evaluation. I didn't pose a threat to anyone nor myself in the house. There isn't any documentation of my behavior, nor was any paperwork presented to me about any arising issues, nor did I refuse to sign any paperwork concerning any behavior issues. My only refusal was presenting any personal documents to them about myself. I asked Miss S**** if I would receive my money back, and she said no. I said I gave you $200.00, and she said, "You did not pay all of it anyway.

    Please note that the Turning Point at Washington is a halfway house for women, and doesn't charge any client rent. 

    Ms. ******** was a resident in one of the recovery houses.  I wasn't aware that Ms. S****, the 3/4 house manager, refused to give Ms. ******** her money back. I will gladly be sure to refund Ms. ******** the full amount she paid, for a total of $200.
