    This forwarded email will provide you with our action and response to the subject guest complaint (never provided any proof of bed bug bites/ treatment).

    Thank you for bringing to our attention the complaint regarding bed bugs at our property, which was filed in October 2024. We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter. 

    In response to the complaint, we promptly engaged the services of Orkin, a highly regarded pest control provider, to conduct a comprehensive investigation. Their assessment verified that there was no evidence of a bed bug infestation at our property. This information was promptly shared with the guest (please see forwarded email). We would be pleased to provide their report for your review and have attached it for your convenience.

    We take all guest concerns very seriously and remain committed to ensuring the comfort and safety of all our guests. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you require any additional information or clarification.
