I am being harassed by this company via the *******, and I need it to stop, IMMEDIATELY!!! I tried calling the company, left a message, and their return call deliberately occurred, not at a time when I could answer the phone, but at a time when I was on another call, ironically enough, with ANOTHER company, attempting to get THEIR harassment to stop. I returned the call, and got voicemail again, rather than an actual person. THIS IS WHEN I GOT UPSET, with them trying to avoid talking to me. I tried repeatedly the following day to get in touch with a PERSON, and instead of answering their phone, they decided to call the police, attempting to turn this all around, as if I am the one who was wrong for expressing that I was upset with their harassment. I corrected the story in my conversation with the police officer, that THEIR HARASSMENT of me was the instigator of this incident. He directly indicated that I broke NO LAWS in expressing that I was upset with Spring Green's harassment, and provided several options for action I could take, one of which I am taking with this complaint. This company needs to answer this complaint, agreeing 1) that they will not harass me by US Mail or any other method of communication, at ANY address of mine (in addition to the address provided in this complaint), 2) That any communication from this company moving forward constitutes harassment, and will be dealt with accordingly, and 3) Apologize for calling the police when THIS COMPANY was the harasser. Also, 4), just a piece of advice, maybe they need to re-think sending mail out indiscriminately to random people. I am being inundated by such harassment from multiple companies, so I am way past my breaking point with this, and I am sure others feel the same. Just think about this, and stop causing problems for other people.
