    My car been shop week under customer satisfaction program. Wasnt offered a rental was told only covers one day if that. Dont call back when phone calls are promised I have owned fords all my life there customer service very disappointing

    They have had my truck a month with no eta of part. Now they are wanting me to purchase a different vehicle off the lot but giving me a lot less for my truck.

As an alternative to continuing to wait for the part, we made an offer to trade you out of your vehicle. We are also sorry that the only vehicles you are interested in upgrading to are significantly more expensive than the vehicle that you bought over a year and ****** miles ago. If you would prefer not to do business with us, we would understand based on your poor rating and repeated conversations with multiple team members at our dealership.
