My dogs were scheduled to board for a week with Pampered Paw Resort in Washington, PA.; they, Pampered Pet Resort, require a scheduled meet and greet first before they allow the dogs to be boarded. My dogs which have never been boarded before contracted kennel cough on Tuesday June 27. So, long story short I called the company and let them know and they said we are not permitted to board them any longer. My dogs were scheduled to be boarded today July 1st for one week. They also said in order to get a refund they want us to spend more money and get our vet to verify the condition. I am seeking a refund in the amount of $45.00 for the meet and greet; and $64.00 for a mandated security fee for the fist day of boarding. And any vet fees that incur because of their negligence.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience with us. Due to the number of dogs in our care, we are not able to bring dogs who are exhibiting symptoms of an illness. Typically, we would require 48 hours' notice of changes to a boarding, but we are willing to refund your one-night deposit of $64 via check. That will be mailed out to the address on file. Because services were rendered, we will not be able to refund the cost of your meet and greet. If you have further questions, please reach out to us.
